Mini Meatloaves

YUMMY!

So I am no chef by any means! I love recipes that I can alter with what I have on hand.

 For this you need

  • Ground meat of choice or you can grind your own
  • Bread crumb Or crackers, pretzels, cereals, old bread, potato chips....
  • spices I used garlic, onion powder, Montreal seasoning and Italian spice mix
  • two eggs
  • butter, oil or cooking spray
  • BBQ sauce and worcestershire sauce
So I had some old stale potato bread I blended for my bread crumbs. If it is a little sticky add some pretzels to dry it quickly or use your oven to toast.

I added all my spice to my bread mixture, helps liven up dry spices!
I had some shredded steak I ground up also in my blender, Do this in small quantities it makes it a lot easier. I probably could use a food processor....

Mix all together with wet ingredients in large bowl. I also added frozen pre chopped onions love them for a quick and easy flavor. Roll to your desired size and put them in a cup cake pan for easy individual servings. Top with BBQ sauce of choice cook on 400-425 for 35- 40ish mins I always check one before serving. Make it Uniquely yours and Enjoy!!

Wooden Signs

Easy wooden signs

So I was checking out all these signs on Pintrest and I love them all but the process seemed long. Not my style I have a 23 month old and I try to bust stuff out while he's napping. So I went to the scrap wood pile we have had outside for over a year! We had the intention of having camp fires this past summer but we managed only one:( But I think it has work out for me in the end so not a total loss right!!

I really love this saying! We aren't a traditional family because we aren't married. But we have been together for over 7yrs & have two beautiful babies, no matter what we will forever be a family!!

This one is Just so very true to Maine!!! Let it snow! you can't stop it, So you might as well watch it and enjoy the tranquility of all the white stuff.  I did both by hand no stencils  used a simple disk of raw ash tree that fell last year for my O snowman face!! Love turning trash to treasures!! Get inspired:)

Rustic Wall Family Tree

Family Picture Tree

Been slowly working on my family tree..... I wanted something to display my everyday pictures without costing a lot. So I got this idea some sticks, scrapbook paper, jute twine, clothes pins and my trusty glue gun, I got to work. First, I thought on long branch would be a good solution but tried to find a place to hang it.... I have a house that is over 100 yrs old and horse hair plaster for most of my walls, it was just to long! I decided on this..

The best thing is I printed the pictures right on normal paper!!! I want to be able to change the pictures every 2 or so months:)

My 2yr old son loves looking up at momma and dada and baba ( that's his older sister) Soon I will change them out for different pics and he'll be excited again:)

I hope this tree inspires some great ideas for you to display what you love!!

Shark vacuum, a plastic baggy and yes my glue gun!!!

I looked for about an hour! Tape, I needed  some tape! Now, I've been tapping my shark vacuum hose for about a year and a half :( I have a problem with spending the most I ever had on a vacuum( 150.00 isn't a lot to most but I am not rich and principal) and a year or so into it I have to buy a $30.00 part.....
So yesterday the tape gave away on the bottom half.. I have two spots tapped now upper and lower! I swear you can't pull on this hose at all. I think they designed it to break or you have to pull apart aka lift away the engine part to reach with it which isn't convenient!!!!!!
Well, I couldn't find tape..... so, this is what I did I crafted the shit out of it!!! Yup I glued a baggy to my shark hose with my glue gun!!!! judge me if you may but a cat, dog, 2 kids, and 2 adults I NEEDED TO VACUUM FOR MY SANITY!!!!!.......found the tape SMH!!:/
